Submitting a Prior Claim

If you're not sure if a service is included you can reach out to StudyWell, and provide information about a prior claim.

To have your claim assessed, please provide one of the following:

  • An Explanation of Benefits (EOB), or
  • Proof of a recent claim.

You may submit this documentation via email to: uofa@studywellbenefits.ca. or reach out with questions

If you have a prior claim declined but was previously covered under your Desjardins/Student Care program, it may still be eligible through the StudyWell benefit program.
